居酒屋風雞翅&蒟蒻甜辛煮/手羽先とこんにゃくの甘辛煮

雞翅 Chicken wings—8片
蒟蒻片 Konjac—1片
白蘿蔔 Daikon—約100g
薑 Ginger—8~10g
 
清酒 Sake—50cc
味淋 Mirin—4大匙
砂糖 Sugar—1大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—4大匙
日式高湯 Dashi—300cc

麻油 Sesame oil—1/2小匙
蔥 Green onion—3~4支
紫蘇葉 Oba—2~3張
白芝麻 White sesame-少許

【 裝便當注意點 】
裝便當盒裡面時候要特別注意衛生面!
注意1: 食物要全熟
-肉,魚,都要全熟,尤其是絞肉,蛋類容易壞掉特別要小心!
注意2: 食物要冷卻後再裝
-食物還熱,直接放在便當盒的話,盒子內會太燜。食物容易壞掉。
做好的料理先放在盤子上冷卻後再裝
或裝在便當盒裡後不要馬上蓋起來。等到食物完全冷卻後再蓋起來。
注意3: 不要放太熱的地方,尤其是夏天最好跟保冷劑一起放在保冷袋子。
